Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup peach cobbler filling (store-bought or homemade)
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Additional diced peaches, for garnish
- Crumble topping (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash the peaches thoroughly under cool running water.
- Carefully peel the peaches using a sharp knife, making a shallow cut around the peach and gently pulling the skin away.
- Slice the peaches in half, remove the pit, and dice the flesh into small, bite-sized pieces. Set aside about 1/4 cup of diced peaches for garnish.
- In a blender, combine the diced peaches, vanilla ice cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness by adding more ice cream for a thicker shake or more milk for a thinner consistency.
- Add the peach cobbler filling to the blender and pulse a few times to mix in, keeping some chunks for texture.
- Use tall glasses or mason jars for serving. Drizzle extra peach cobbler filling around the inside of the glass.
- Pour the milkshake mixture into the prepared glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Top each milkshake with whipped cream, using a piping bag or spoon.
- Sprinkle reserved diced peaches on top and add crumble topping if desired.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce or honey for an extra special touch.
- Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon. Enjoy with a friend for a delightful treat!
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Stir or blend again before serving.
