Description

Enjoy a refreshing Peach Cobbler Milkshake that blends ripe peaches, creamy vanilla ice cream, and a touch of cinnamon. This delightful treat captures the essence of summer and is perfect for a quick indulgence. Top it off with whipped cream and diced peaches for a delicious finish!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup peach cobbler filling (store-bought or homemade)
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Additional diced peaches, for garnish
  • Crumble topping (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash the peaches thoroughly under cool running water.
  2. Carefully peel the peaches using a sharp knife, making a shallow cut around the peach and gently pulling the skin away.
  3. Slice the peaches in half, remove the pit, and dice the flesh into small, bite-sized pieces. Set aside about 1/4 cup of diced peaches for garnish.
  4. In a blender, combine the diced peaches, vanilla ice cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness by adding more ice cream for a thicker shake or more milk for a thinner consistency.
  6. Add the peach cobbler filling to the blender and pulse a few times to mix in, keeping some chunks for texture.
  7. Use tall glasses or mason jars for serving. Drizzle extra peach cobbler filling around the inside of the glass.
  8. Pour the milkshake mixture into the prepared glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
  9. Top each milkshake with whipped cream, using a piping bag or spoon.
  10. Sprinkle reserved diced peaches on top and add crumble topping if desired.
  11. Drizzle with caramel sauce or honey for an extra special touch.
  12. Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon. Enjoy with a friend for a delightful treat!
  13. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Stir or blend again before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different fruits or flavors.
  • For a healthier option, substitute Greek yogurt for ice cream.
