Enjoy a refreshing tropical smoothie that blends ripe mangoes and bananas with creamy coconut milk and Greek yogurt. Perfect for breakfast or a snack, this nutrient-packed drink is both delicious and satisfying!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added nutrition)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Select ripe mangoes, peel, and dice them into small cubes (about 2 cups).
  2. Peel and slice the banana into rounds.
  3. Measure out 1 cup of coconut milk (or your preferred milk).
  4. Scoop out 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (optional).
  5. Gather 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup.
  6. Squeeze fresh orange juice or use store-bought (1/2 cup).
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of ice cubes.
  8. Add the diced mangoes to the blender.
  9. Layer the sliced banana on top of the mangoes.
  10. Pour in the coconut milk and Greek yogurt (if using).
  11. Add honey or agave syrup, followed by the orange juice.
  12. Toss in the ice cubes and chia seeds (if using).
  13. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Adjust consistency with more coconut milk or orange juice if needed.
  14. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more honey or agave syrup if desired. Blend again if necessary.
  15. For a more intense mango flavor, add more diced mango and blend again.
  16. Pour the smoothie into your favorite glasses.
  17. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and optional slices of mango or banana on the rim.
  18. Serve immediately with a straw.
