  • Author: Maria
  • Total Time: 260 minutes
  • Yield: 8-10 servings 1x

Description

Enjoy a creamy and crunchy Biscoff Banana Pudding, featuring layers of rich vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and crushed Biscoff cookies. This delightful dessert is perfect for gatherings and will impress with its light texture and unique flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • Optional: chocolate shavings or additional Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and begins to thicken, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture using a spatula, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  4. In a small microwave-safe bowl, warm the Biscoff spread for about 15-20 seconds until it is pourable.
  5. Crush the Biscoff cookies into small pieces and set aside some for garnish.
  6. In a large trifle dish or individual serving cups, add a layer of the pudding mixture at the bottom.
  7. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
  8. Sprinkle a layer of crushed Biscoff cookies over the bananas.
  9. Drizzle a thin layer of warmed Biscoff spread over the crushed cookies.
  10. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of your dish, finishing with a layer of pudding.
  11. Spread any remaining whipped cream on top of the last layer of pudding.
  12. Garnish with reserved crushed Biscoff cookies and optional chocolate shavings or whole Biscoff cookies.
  13. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  14. Serve directly from the trifle dish or scoop individual servings into bowls.
  15. Drizzle a little more Biscoff spread on top of each serving before serving.
  16. Enjoy with family and friends!

Notes

  • Ensure bananas are ripe but not overripe for the best texture.
  • For a make-ahead option, prepare the pudding and Biscoff layers separately and assemble just before serving to keep cookies crunchy.
